Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add whole
wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam
masala powder and mix well.
2. Add water little by little and knead
into a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep aside
for 10-15 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together
crumbled paneer, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, amchur powder and
salt. Mix well to form a smooth filling.
4. Divide the dough into equal sized
balls. Take one dough ball and roll it out into a small circle.

filling in the center of the rolled out dough.
6. Bring the edges of the dough
together and pinch to seal the filling inside.
7. Dust the stuffed dough ball with
some flour and roll out gently into a paratha.
8. Heat a tawa or a flat griddle over
medium heat. Place the rolled out paratha on the tawa.
9. Cook for a minute or until the
bottom side of the paratha is slightly cooked. Flip the paratha and cook the
other side until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
10. Apply some oil or ghee on both
sides of the paratha and cook until crispy and golden brown.
11. Serve the Paneer Paratha hot with
your favourite pickle, chutney or yogurt and enjoy.
